How Does the Process Work?
1. Browse our WebsiteFirst take the time to browse our website. Perform some searches and see if you agree that your potential buyers can find your property quickly and easily.
2. Become a MemberOnce you are convinced that this is a prime spot for your listing, become a member. There is no financial commitment required for becoming a member. From the Home page menu choose:For Sellers>Join Us!Follow the easy membership steps.Once you are a member, you have access to the Member's Area page. From here, you have the ability to add new listings, make changes to existing listings, and view and respond to inquiries for your property listings. You will also have access to your current statistics.
3. Add your listingLogin to the Member's Area and add your first listing. You have the opportunity to preview your property before paying WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale.com. We will remind you several times via email that payment is required before your listing is activated and visible to buyers on WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale.com. You have up to 30 days to pay for your property listing before we remove it.
4. Add additional optionsYou can add extra options that will enhance your listing for additional charges. Click a check box next to the option. The total cost for the listing displays as each option is selected.
5. Make a paymentYou only pay for your property listing and the options chosen - there are no monthly or membership fees. Click the My Account>Invoices command on the Member Account Home page menu. Each unpaid invoice is displayed. Payment is made using our online credit card process.
6. Begin Accepting Inquires!Your listing will be instantly published, and be seen by buyers world-wide.
What does a Buyer need to know about my property?
When you are adding your listing, try to put yourself in the shoes of a buyer. They may be feeling some insecurity about inquiring on a property they have never seen before. Help them prepare for the experience. This is why we have added some special categories like Area Information. Give your potential buyer enough information to begin to make an informed decision.
When You Receive an Inquiry...
Provide a map to your interested buyer so they know how to get there. Best way to do this is via our hotline. In your recording, add the option for a map to be faxed directly to them.
Let them know the closest airport and train. Offer some car rental suggestions and them give them directions to your property. Another hotline fax opportunity!
A floor plan of your home can be scanned and uploaded as an image on your site. If you don't have the ability to do this, for a small fee we can do it for you!

In your Misc. Information section let them know if they can work from home, work remotely via an internet access, where the schools are, how close shopping is, etc. With all this information, your property will stand out!
